Helios automatically generates API endpoints from the information model you implement. Add an object type or an attribute to the model and the API follows — no code generation step, no waiting for vendor development. The API is a direct, governed window into the connected graph.
Attribute-based and policy-based access control decisions are only as good as the attribute data behind them. The Dynamic API lets policy decision points (PDPs) use Helios as a policy information point (PIP) — a single, quality-assured source able to serve any information stored in the graph: identity attributes, security clearances, information classifications, organizational relationships.
The Dynamic API can expose virtual objects that combine multiple connected objects into a single response — so a PDP or consuming system gets everything it needs in one call instead of stitching together data from several systems.
API access is subject to the same access model and audit trail as the rest of the platform: every consumer, every query, under the same control plane.
