Who we are

Helisoft builds Helios — a platform that turns governance, risk, security and identity data into one connected, governed model. We started in identity and access management, and grew into a broader conviction: the same discipline used to govern who has access should apply to everything an organization needs to govern — its systems, information, risks, controls, suppliers and obligations.

What we believe

Most organizations still run their most critical governance in spreadsheets and disconnected systems. We think that is a risk in itself. Helios exists to replace it with a single model where everything is connected, auditable and current — so the people responsible can see the real picture and act on it, not reconstruct it after the fact.

Swedish-rooted, sovereign by design

We are based in Norrköping, Sweden, and we build for organizations where trust and control matter most — public authorities, regulated industries, and operations with preparedness and security-classification requirements. That is why Helios runs on-premise, in your own controlled environment: your governance data stays yours, available and sovereign, through normal operations and through crisis.

How we deliver

We work with established integration partners who provide local implementation, support and framework-agreement access — so Helios fits the way the public sector and regulated organizations actually procure and run software.
